Baby Audrey’s mama answered one of my model calls and came to see me for a newborn session. I was so excited when she arrived, one peek in the car seat and I saw the most adorable little cheeks! Audrey was so sleepy and sweet.
One of my goals for the model call was to use some new printed backdrops. That meant we got a lot of different color/print combinations!
Those who know me well know that I LOVE blue and green for newborn girls. I was so excited to get to use both of my favorites in Audrey’s newborn session. We used a lovely blue cloud and stars printed backdrop for Audrey’s unwrapped photos. This backdrop is perfect because it’s so good for both girls and boys! It’s truly versatile. One of my standby poses that gets used for every newborn is wrapped on fur. This is where the green came in!
We had to finish out the session by getting a little extra girlie! I pulled two floral printed backdrops to go under props. I opted for a neutral, which I paired with a vintage crochet layer, and a pretty round basket. Our final prop was a rectangular basket on the most gorgeous pink, peach, cream, and blue floral.
I’m so excited to say that one of Audrey’s newborn session photos was published in Lensational Magazine! She was such a doll, and I loved all of the photos we captured together!
