OFFICIAL RULES:
The rules for the contest are super easy! Send a photo of your child, or children to K.D. Elise Photography via Facebook Messenger or email: kdelisephotography@gmail. Entries are due by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 21st. No late entries will be accepted. Sorry, no professional photos from other photographers will be accepted.
By entering, you agree that you understand that your photo will be posted publicly for voting on the K.D. Elise Photography Facebook page. Winner also agrees that photos from your session may be posted online.
Then the real fun begins! Entries will be posted to the K.D. Elise Photography Facebook page and voting will open at 8:00 a.m. on Monday November 22nd and ends at 9:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day . Let your friends and family know to vote for your photo by liking the photo on the K.D. Elise Photography Facebook page. The photo with the most “likes” wins.
To win, you have to like the K.D. Elise Photography Facebook page. First prize is a FREE newborn session for the winner, with up to 20 high resolution digital images included. Session must be held after Jan. 1, 2022.
Additional digital images or print products may be purchased at a discounted price.
Prize is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If for some reason the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize is forfeited. No substitutions can be made. Winner must be willing to travel to Pueblo, Colorado for the session if they live outside of the Pueblo area. Winner agrees to allow all use of images created during the session to be used in advertising.
Voting begins at 8:00 a.m. on November 22nd and ends at 9:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The winner will be announced the evening of Thanksgiving, and will also be contacted via e-mail or Facebook message.
NOTE: The PARENT of the child is the legal entrant into the contest, as the parent receives and signs for the prize. Previous winners of the Cutest Kid Contest, Baby Bump Contest, or any other contests through K.D. Elise Photography are not eligible to win.
K.D. Elise Photography reserves the right to disqualify any contestant in the event of cheating, harassment, or for any other reason deemed warranted. If the winner schedules a session and does not show up for the session, the prize is immedietely forfeited. Session can be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice.
All sessions will be held at the discretion of the photographer, based on a time that is safe to photograph. In light of the COVID-19 situation, dates for the session may be changed.
Prize has NO cash value, can not be traded, or redeemed for cash. Prize may not be gifted, sold, or traded to another person. Prize may not be redeemed for a different type of session. Prize must be used within 9 months of the date won.
